Equipment hire

It is highly recommended to purchase your ski or board equipment and lift passes in advance as this will save you a lot of money. We recommend Bulgaria Ski.

Resort Transfer

If you flights do not include resort transfers then you will need to book additional transfers to your resort. Bulgaria Ski offer this service at reasonable rates.

Car Hire

Currency

Bulgaria's currency is called Lev (BGL), plural: Leva. One Lev is made up of 100 stotinki. The currency was redenominated in 1999. Now it is tied to the EURO and the exchange rate is fixed at EURO 1 = BGL 1,95583.

It is recommended that you take currency with you as banks and outlets will charge fairly chunky commission for travelers cheques/cash withdrawal.
